Engaged Living provided temporary care services for my mother in April of 2024, after a hospital stay. The services were needed to supplement the services provided by the assisted living facility. This was our first time using this type of service. Raphael, the manager was very understanding and very flexible in responding to the uncertainty about when services should start, when services should transition to a different level of care and when they should end. The staff sent to help my mother was eager to help, and established a good relationship with her. The administrative process (contracts, invoices, payments) was all electronic and easy to manage. In summary, we are pleased with the overall experience and would not hesitate to contract with Engaged Living again, if the need arises.
